Well the potty training continues. We are progressing but not there yet. We had an accident today. I was in the living room and he was in the kitchen (thankfully on the linoleum!) and I hear "Mom, my potty is spilling!". He has many different explanations for what his "potty" is doing at the time. I hate potty training. Have I said that already? I really dislike it quite a lot.
Life has been very busy lately and I haven't had much time to post on here. Abigail started swimming lessons again last night. It's at a different pool than last time but the class is only her and her friend Brandon so I think it will be a good learning environment. The other pool we went to was always full. She is enjoying it. They both had a fun spring break and got to spend the night with Auntie Leah and Grandma Rosie. Jackson broke Auntie Leah in good by throwing up in her bed and all over her floor. I found that mildly amusing even though she didn't. ;) I only found it amusing because I for once didn't have to clean it up! It's the simple things in life ya know?

Ramblings....
We are working on potty training and Jackson wanted to go potty so I took him. He sat and waited for a few minutes then said "Mom I'll go later my potty is sleeping".
We went to Roseburg this weekend to visit everyone and when we got back he asked me "Mom can we go to Grandma Jay's again next year?" I think that meant he wants to go sooner than next year though. He has trouble with the Grandma and Pappa names so frequently refers to them as Pappa Jay and Grandma Jay. On the other side its Grandma Rosie and Pappa Rosie. Go figure.
Abigail asked me the other day "mom do you think Jackson will be a jock?" I have no idea where she heard the word jock.

sick and more sick
This won't be much of a post just wanted to say that we have been fighting a never ending battle of sickness since getting back from Disney. Jackson had it when we left, Abigail had it when we got home, I got an ear infection after that and now Jackson has it again. It's such a horrible cycle I feel like spraying the entire house with lysol! So hopefully we will be on the mend soon!

Well we made it. It's taken me almost a month to recuperate and fight off a nasty ear infection but we went to Disneyland and had a WONDERFUL time. It was truly such a fun trip. It's so amazing to see something like Disneyland through the eyes of your kids. It's just a whole new perspective. It's like seeing it for the first time again yourself. The kids still talk about it daily and if we see commercials Jackson says "We went there, member dat?". It was a tiring trip for him but Abigail had a smile plastered to her face every second of every day. She went on every ride that she could get on and loved them all. The scarier the better. She does NOT get that from her mother. I'll post a few more pics today.

random quotes from Abigail
We were driving in the car last night on the way to the store and everybody was laughing and being silly. Abigail suddenly stops and says "Let's get serious people, What do you think of my hair?". She channels her Auntie quite often.
Again we were in the car and Jackson had some juice. He dropped it on the floor and I said "Jackson you need to hold on to your juice". 2 seconds later it was dropped again, "jackson, if you drop the juice again Mom will take it away". 2 seconds later it was dropped again, "that's it, Mom is taking it." As he got a little upset with me Abigail says "Sorry Jackson, No pain, no gain".
